This is the true Keeper [or Talosian] as seen in the episodes The Cage and The Menagerie. Mego decided to make the figure shorter [the Talos figure is actually 6 instead of 8 inches tall]. No accessories other than his ever attractive orange boots.

I feel that the Talso is the hardest of the Mego Alien to get in a mint loose condition. This figure is subject to loosing his shoes, his belt will come loose and the collar will crack and split. Since it doesn't command the high price of the Romulan or Andorian and because substitute parts are not available to complete this figure, finding one does pose a challenge.
